工业网络技术实训室简介

工业网络技术实训室于2020年7月份建设，共有10套实训操作台，每套操作台有S7-1200、S7-1500、S7-300、S7-200smart等PLC，有变频器、伺服电机、远程I/O设备、触摸屏、机械手等设备。利用PROFINET、PROFIBUS DP、MODBUS等现场总线，可以完成PLC之间的S7通信、PROFINET和PROFIBUS DP通信、MODBUS TCP通信等。该实训室承担了电气工程学院工业互联网专业、电气自动化、机器人等专业的课程实训和技能抽查培训工作；承担了各种校内外的国培、省培、校培等任务。

本实训室共可以开展以下实训项目有：

Industrial Network Technology Training Room

The industrial network technology training room was built in July 2020, with a total of 10 sets of training operation consoles, each set of operation desks has S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300, S7-200smart and other PLCs, frequency converters, servo motors, remote I/O equipment, touch screens, manipulators and other equipment. USING PROFINET, PROFIBUS DP, MODBUS AND OTHER FIELDBUSES, IT IS POSSIBLE TO COMPLETE S7 COMMUNICATION BETWEEN PLCs, PROFINET and PROFIBUS DP communication, MODBUS TCP communication, etc. The training room undertakes the practical training and skill spot check training of industrial Internet majors, electrical automation, robotics and other majors of the School of Electrical Engineering; It has undertaken various tasks such as national training, provincial training and school training inside and outside the school.
